Israel recalls its UN ambassador after what the country perceives as attempts by the UN to “silence” information about Hamas sexual violence.
“I have ordered our UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan to return to Israel for immediate consultations following the attempt to suppress information about the mass rapes committed by Hamas and its collaborators on October 7,” writes Foreign Minister Israel Katz on the X media platform.
