(Finance) – INWIT communicated that, as part of the authorization granted by the shareholders’ meeting of 18 April 2023 will start tomorrow 8 Marchthe second tranche of share buyback which follows a first tranche of purchases.
The second tranche will have a maximum amount Of 150 million Of EURas part of the authorized repurchase plan for 300 million euros and will end by 15 October 2024.
As of March 7, Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane holds 13,689,480 own shares, equal to approximately 1.43% of its share capital. The subsidiaries do not own INWIT shares.
