These abuses came to light after messages from the Woerden & Democracy faction, in which allegations were made about sexually transgressive behavior by a high-ranking employee. Mayor Victor Molkenboer has reported violating the duty of confidentiality, because the contents of that press release could not be published. It is not yet known whether the Public Prosecution Service will prosecute.
