(Finance) – Intredtelecommunications operator listed on Euronext Growth Milan, received confirmation by Infratel Italia (in-house company of the Ministry of Economic Development) ofaward of the tender for the provision of ultra-broadband Internet connectivity for the remainder schools in Lombardy. The award, anticipated on May 27, became certain after Infratel Italia had completed all the necessary checks and will be effective after the signing of the framework agreement.
The the value of the transaction is over 19 million euros for a 6-year supply. Upon signing the framework agreement, it will be possible to request the disbursement of 20% of the total amount as an advance, while the remaining amount will be disbursed following the subsequent progress of the work (according to a predefined program), which must be completed in 4 years.
