(Finance) – Intred telecommunications operator listed since July 2018 on the Euronext Growth Milan market. has signed today a binding agreement relating to this subject the entrance in Federico Protto’s Society as General Manager in the first instance and subsequently also in the capacity of CEO.
The Agreement provides that Federico Protto will be appointed as General Manager with effect from 11 December 2023 and subsequently appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
DM Holding Srl, majority shareholder of the Company, has undertaken the commitment within the scope of the Agreement to vote favorably with reference to the appointment of Federico Protto as Director of the Company at the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2023, which will have to, inter alia, decide on the appointment of the new Board of Directors, and to indicate Federico Protto as the candidate for the position of CEO
