What was Ragnarok again? The Netflix series from Denmark revolves around the student Magne (David Stakston), who slowly but surely transforms into the Norse deity Thor. Although the series found many fans in the fantasy community, its last signs of life are already more than two years old. But now season 3 is imminent. Judging by the trailer, fans can expect an action-packed finale.

Fantasy series Ragnarok shows what all fans have been waiting for in season 3
In Season 3, the events of the series come to a head. Magne has assumed his identity as Thor and prepares for war against the dark giants, who are led by the nondescript businessman Vidar (Gísli Örn Garðarsson) and want to plunge the world into the abyss.
Other deities and beings from Norse mythology will also come into play. Magne’s brother Laurits, for example, stands as Loki between his brother’s faction and the dark machinations of the giants.
When is Ragnarok season 3 coming to Netflix?
Ragnarok season 3 will Launch on Netflix on August 24, 2023. As before, the new season will consist of six episodes. As the makers announced on Instagram, the series is over.
