(Finance) – The sun 24 hoursa publishing group listed on Euronext Milan, announced that the shareholders’ agreement between Confindustria and some associations adhering to the Confindustria system of 22 February 2019 has ceased to be effective today (i.e. the original expiration date) and it will not be renewed. On February 2, the company had already announced that, having been received canceled by parties holding syndicated shares for a percentage higher than 3% of the capital, the agreement would cease to be effective. In recent months there have been continuous sales of shareholdings in favor of Confindustria by associations belonging to the Confindustria system.
Meanwhile, the performance of the Sole 24 Ore in Piazza Affari, where a discount of 3,12%, reaching € 0.466 per share. Expected for the rest of the session an extension of the bearish phase with support area seen at 0.4633 and subsequent 0.4607. Resistance at 0.4673.
