“The product only poses a possible danger for consumers who are allergic to fish,” writes ICA in a press release.
The recalled packages are of the size 70 grams and have a best before date of 03-01-2025.
“We are taking the incident seriously and are now investigating together with the supplier how this could have happened and how we can ensure that it does not happen again,” says Ica Sweden’s quality manager Marie Lennartsson in the press release.
ICA urges customers who have purchased the product to return it to the store where it was purchased or advertise it at Ica website.
