According to Insider’s report, Bill Gates said in a LinkedIn post he shared on Saturday to mark World Toilet Day, that he has done some “weird things” in his life. Microsoft co-founder admitted to drinking fecal juice. But the water Gates drank was potable water that was purified from feces. Still, the fact that it was derived from excrement made it interesting.
In his post, Gates said, “I’ve done some weird things over the years: I drank fecal juice (water derived from faeces) with Jimmy Fallon, shared a scene with a jar of human excrement, and smelled a pothole full of toilet odor.
Gates continued, “This bullshit made a few people laugh. But my goal has always been to draw attention to a problem that affects 3.6 billion people: insufficient cleaning.” Also, “Thanks to scientists and engineers from around the world, we are getting closer to new solutions that will prevent diseases and ailments.” he added.
