Several horses showed up at Djurgården in Stockholm on Saturday. A man and a woman, both in their 70s, were seriously injured, the police said.
– People had to throw themselves away, says police spokesperson Per Fahlström to TT.
A 55-year-old man is suspected of, among other things, grievous bodily harm after the incident, he has been released.
On Sunday, the police announced that a person who was injured when the horses ran amok is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
