Four horses have been running loose on national highway 25 near Öjaby, the police write.
The horses had taken to the road and in connection with that three of them were hit and died.
The police managed to capture the fourth horse which could be transported to its owner.

A violent crash took place when a car drove into a roundabout from county road 113 near Eslöv, the police write.
It is a single accident. According to information to Aftonbladet, the car must have ended up about twenty meters out in the terrain. Three young women in their 20s were traveling in the car.
All three have been taken to hospital. Their injury status is unclear.
The driver is suspected of being under the influence of drugs, according to Sydsvenskan.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says that Ukraine’s offensive in Kursk is okay, and that the country’s right to self-defense does not end at the border with Russia.
In an interview with German World he makes his first statement about the Ukrainian shock offensive.
– The Russian soldiers, tanks and bases are legitimate targets according to international law, he says.

A man tried to climb into the press area during Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Johnstown, Pennsylvania last night Swedish time.
The man was overpowered by police and arrested, AP writes.
The uproar arose after the former president criticized the television channel CNN for the interview with Kamala Harris that was broadcast on Thursday evening.
– Is there anything more fun than a Trump meeting? the former president said as the man was led out of the arena.

The police were alerted this evening to Årby in Eskilstuna after several people heard loud bangs.
In connection with the alarm, a person with a gunshot wound was taken to hospital.
According to information to Aftonbladet, the man must have been hit by several shots. His condition is serious but stable, according to the police.
A suspected crime scene has been cordoned off.
The police are also on site at the hospital.
The alarm was received on 22.10. The incident is classified as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
Two cars have been impounded for technical examination.
No suspected perpetrator has been arrested.
Several buildings have been hit in connection with the shooting, the police write on their website.

Social media platform X is being shut down across Brazil, reports say AP.
A judge in the country’s highest court has decided, after X owner Elon Musk refused to appoint a legal representative in Brazil within 24 hours.
Last spring, Brazilian HD judge Alexandre de Moraes ordered X to shut down several accounts that were said to be spreading misinformation. But Musk refused, saying it was censorship.
A limited number of tickets for Oasis’ comeback tour went on sale on Friday.
Just minutes after they were released, tickets were up for sale on the secondary market at 40 times the original price, reports BBC.
Now Oasis is issuing a warning and a call not to resell tickets on pages that are not connected to the organizer. This is because the tickets may then become invalid.
“Tickets sold in violation of the terms and conditions will be voided by the organizer,” the band wrote in a statement.
A woman armed with a knife attacked a bus in Germany this evening.
Five people are said to have been injured. Three reportedly suffered life-threatening injuries, according to Der Spiegel magazine.
The police currently do not suspect a terrorist motive.
The attack occurred in Siegen in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The bus was on its way to a city festival.
At least 40 passengers were on the bus when the woman attacked, Bild reports.

The woman was arrested by the police.
The police were alerted to an assault in Slottstaden in Malmö at 7pm this evening.

The man, who is in his 80s, was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Shortly afterwards, a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and serious assault.

One of the suspected doctors in the case of Matthew Perry’s death admits to giving the star ketamine.

The doctor is one of five people who are suspected in the investigation. Perry died of “acute effects of ketamine,” according to the autopsy report.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi fires the country’s air force chief Mykola Oleshtyuk after an American F-16 plane crashed on Monday, writes AFP.
In a statement, Zelenskyy said he decided to replace the head of the air force to “strengthen Ukraine’s military leadership.”
“It is necessary. We need to strengthen ourselves and take care of our citizens,” said the president, according to the Kyiv Independent.
Ukraine confirmed on Thursday that one of the US F-16 planes it had access to had crashed and that the pilot was killed. The plane crashed in an operation against a Russian air raid.

The Stockholm Stock Exchange ended the trading week at a plus. The OMXS index closed up 0.5 percent.
On the OMXS30 index with the most traded shares, the real estate company SBB did best. The stock surged 10.4 percent.
Among the other companies that stood out were the forestry company SCA and the cloud service company Sinch, which rose 2.5 and 1.9 percent, respectively.
