A PERSON EXPLODED 3 HAND GRENADES AT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL IN UKRAINE
In the Zakarpattia region of Ukraine, a person entered the room where the Keretsky village council was meeting and pulled the pins of 3 hand grenades and threw them into the room.
Following the explosions, the attacker lost his life and 26 people were injured, 6 of them seriously.
In the statement made by the Ukrainian police today, it was said: “A person in Zakarpatya detonated hand grenades in the Keretsky village council building: the police continue their investigations at the scene.”
Stating that 26 people were injured as a result of the incident, 6 of whom were in serious condition, the police noted that the person who detonated the grenades died despite the first aid of the medical teams.
On the other hand, according to the statement made by the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was stated that the person who detonated the grenades at the village council meeting was a member of parliament. (AA/DHA)
