Here, South Koreans compete in taking a nap – the residents sleep badly

About a hundred sleepy participants gathered on Sunday in Seoul to compete in who slept the best.

– By organizing this event, we hope we can make people rest and feel the good effects of sleep, says organizer Lim Yi-Hyeon.

With an average of seven hours and 41 minutes of sleep per night, South Korea is one of the countries whose citizens sleep the least of all OECD countries. This is written by Reuters with reference to South Korea’s National Assembly.

According to the news agency, the average for the 38 OECD countries is 8 hours and 22 minutes.
