In Here it all begins on October 19, 2022, Elliott replaces Lisandro Iñesta as head of department at Double A. The young man is extremely stressed in the face of such a responsibility, but Billie reassures him: he will get through it. Problem, during the service, the student of first year is confronted with a husband who stifles the choices of his wife, pretexting that she should pay attention to her line. Billie insists that she treat herself and the man ends up putting her in her place, insinuating that she is not in a good position to push his wife to eat. Furious, the waitress gets carried away and tries to inculcate her values in the toxic husband, which has the consequence of creating great unease in the dining room. When the service is over, Elliott has no choice but to reframe Billie, explaining to her that she must systematically avoid an open conflict with a client.
Also in this episode 512 of Here it all begins, we can see that Amber is not getting angry: she absolutely wants to know what Enzo, Vic, Billie and Samia are hiding. And she stops at nothing to get information, so much so that Victorine hatches a plan to calm her down. She makes sure to spoil her preparation during the lunch service, which causes a big argument between the young woman and the chefs in the kitchen, Mehdi and Greg, who is also guilty of completely sexist sentences. Shortly after, Amber places a phone in Miriel’s office and discovers the truth about the Circle’s actions. Vic offers her to join their club but Ambre is not angry, she knows that Victorine has ruined her preparation. Amber therefore wants to talk to the headmaster about it, who asks her what’s going on. Victorine ends up telling her that she did indeed make the mistake that cost Ambre so much in the kitchen. The two young women patch things up and Amber decides to join the Circle.
Finally, in the Wednesday, October 19, 2022 episode of ITC, Claire worries about her health. She asks her son Louis to replace her for an afternoon so that she can go to an appointment. While the young man questions her, Claire remains closed. We learn a little later, in a discussion with Olivia, that Guinot has to undergo a mammogram. Claire’s ex worries, especially when she discovers that her mother died of breast cancer and that she is therefore at risk. Fortunately, the exam is going well, there is nothing wrong. Both women can relax. Back at the Guinots, Olivia feels her wings growing and announces to Claire her desire to both try their luck again. But Claire pushes her away again. For her, Olivia is just a friend, nothing more.
