In episode 575 of Here it all begins on January 10, Chef Teyssier is convinced that Ferigno tried to poison him with a poisonous flower. He confronts the leader who feigns innocence. A little later, at the championship launch cocktail, Teyssier suddenly began to bleed from the nose. Her children fear a flare-up of her multiple sclerosis and Elsa comes to see Constance to tell her about the situation and her husband’s rivalry with Ferigno. At a meeting of the Circle, Ferigno confides that he is indeed the source of the poisoning, which he orchestrated to have an advantage over his rival. The students are shocked and do not want to be his accomplice but Ferigno blackmails them: he will make them fall with him if they betray him. He then asks them to pass the hat to the scapegoat of their choice.
At Double A, Jasmine, phobic of meat, does not want to accept Jude’s proposal to be her second. He offers to pair her with a clerk who will take care of the meat, which she refuses. In the January 10 episode of Here It All Begins, Olivia tries to motivate her student to accept Jude’s proposal because she doesn’t want her to miss a place in a starred restaurant because of her aversion to meat. Jasmine hears widely and lands in Jude’s squad to help him. She finds herself frying veal livers. A trial by fire which she passes with flying colors. Jasmine agrees to come back the next day.
Finally, in the Tuesday January 10 episode of ITC, in the kitchen, Claire asks her 1st year students to create a dish around an aromatic herb, which does not inspire Solal at all. The headmistress sends him to the vegetable garden to pick the herbs for all the students. There he meets Souleymane who does not appreciate being his minion. When inspecting the dishes, chef Guinot is displeased: her students have cooked common herbs that have not been placed in the center of the dish. Solal explains that Souleymane refused to help him. Claire then summons Souleymane in the presence of Antoine who asks her to be more pedagogical and patient with the students. Souleymane would like chefs and students to take more interest in his work and talk about aquatic plants in the marshes. He offers to cultivate them, which interests Chief Guinot.
