Her professional life will be very busy now that she will be able to realize her dream and have her own restaurant. Fayet first tells him that he is going to open several franchises. Then, he explains to her that he wants to change the ingredients on the menu to save money and asks her to adjust her recipes. With her brigade, Salomée tries to comply with the demands, but the results are average. Emmanuel deals him the coup de grace by tasting a dish that he considers not to be up to par. Around the young chef, opinions are divided: some advise her to be intransigent, others to seize the opportunity. Despite her decision not to see Gaëtan again, she falls back into his arms and listens to him when he advises her to do what she has always dreamed of. Still at the institute, Billie is constantly being spied on by Samia and begins to get fed up. Her friends continually interfere in her love life and the student reminds them that she doesn’t need a companion to be happy. Despite Emmanuel’s protests, Annabelle congratulates Deva before nagging her son about his job. Later, Ethan finally finds the strength to confront his mother and tells her that he does not want to be her second, but Teyssier’s. Annabelle Cardone accepts his decision, but warns him: he must not count on her to take him back when Teyssier has made him drool. Proud of himself, Ethan recounts the altercation to Samia and Axel before revealing his desire to assist the director of the institute.
