HE ATTEMPTED SUICIDE TO NOT BE A BURDEN TO THE FAMILY
In her first statement, the old woman stated that she jumped into the river for suicide, but did not drown. Stating that she did not want to be a burden to her family due to her health problems and therefore attempted suicide, the woman stated that she was dragged along the river due to heavy waves. Later, the old woman, who was caught in the fishing nets in the river and clinging to the pontoons, was rescued by the fishermen and taken to the hospital.
The woman, who was stated to be in good health, was taken to her home by her family. Her daughter, who came to pick her up, said that they lived by the river and that her mother had mentioned a suicide plan before because of her health problems, so they first looked at the river when they learned that she disappeared.
