Halls of the Damned – Here you get the best defensive aspect for all classes

There are numerous aspects in Diablo 4 that you can use to improve your builds. The “Aspect of Disobedience” is one of the best defensive aspects. You can find out where you can get it and how to equip it on MeinMMO.

Where do I get the “aspect of disobedience”? You get the aspect in the Halls of the Damned, a dungeon in Kehjistan. The dungeon is located east of the “Tarsarak” waypoint. In Season 3, which started on January 23rd, you can also access the dungeon via the new waypoint “The Gate Hall”.

To do this, simply run out of the gate hall and south to the entrance to the Halls of the Damned. In this area you will mostly encounter scorpions.

Mainly ghosts and skeletons await you in the dungeon. To get the aspect, you have to complete a task, lay the boss and successfully complete the dungeon.

This is how you get the “aspect of disobedience”

What do I have to do to get the aspect? As soon as you enter the Halls of the Damned, the task “Destroy the Overseer Idol and the Sea Goddess” will appear on the right. To do this you have to go through the dungeon, go through 2 portals into smaller areas and destroy 2 idols there.

The door to the boss of the dungeon, the Gravelord, then opens. Once you have laid the boss, the dungeon is considered complete and you have unlocked the aspect of disobedience and you can find it in your codex.

To get even more XP out of battles, you should activate potions. If you regularly forget them, here is a trick:

Increased armor from damage makes the aspect strong

What makes the “aspect of disobedience” so powerful? The aspect is one of the strongest defensive aspects because it increases your armor for 4 seconds whenever you deal any type of damage. Depending on how the aspect is rolled, this gives you 0.6 – 1.1% increased armor and stacks from 36% to 66%.

What this means is that the damage you do to enemies in 4 seconds stacks and increases your armor. You can see this when you open your inventory in battle because your armor value keeps decreasing and increasing.

Here’s a comparison of Aspect of Disobedience’s effect while we were killing a few mobs in the area – the armor value before battles (6,214) and in the middle of a battle (8,924):

How do I equip the “Aspect of Disobedience”? Once you have unlocked the aspect, you can equip it from the Occultist under “Imprint Aspect” from your Code of Power. You can use the following items for this:

  • head protection
  • Breastplate
  • Leg protection
  • Sign
  • amulet
  • You can also randomly obtain the Aspect from Legendary gear in chests and as drops from enemies. You can then extract the aspect from the occultist and also apply it to items. A good source of a lot of loot are the new “Vaults” that are part of the content in Season 3 of Diablo 4.

Other things are required there than just particularly strong meta builds, but in the end you can expect really good loot: Diablo 4: For particularly good loot in Season 3, even oneshot builds won’t help you anymore
