In 2022 i operating costs of the GSE, equal to 106.4 million euros, were almost entirely covered by the fees paid by the beneficiaries of the regimes incentives, for a value of approximately 84 million euros and from other revenues not borne by the energy system, for a value of approximately 10 million euros. Overall, the percentage of revenues covering operating costs that did not affect the energy system was approximately 89%, for a total of 94.5 million euros.

The Assembly then resolved the distribution of a dividend equal to 5 million euros to the sole shareholder, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, demonstrating GSE’s ongoing commitment to generating value for its shareholder. It was also presented to the Assembly the Consolidated Financial Statements of the GSE Groupwith a net profit of 10.2 million euros and a production value of 121.9 billion euros.
