John Daly wanted to play the LIV tour.
To the profile’s great disappointment, he did not get a place.
– I deserve the money, he says.

John Daly is a real profile in golf values. The American has always gone his own way, and always says what he thinks and thinks. Besides being really good at golf, he is also known, and hugely appreciated, for his odd behavior on the course.

Didn’t get a seat

He is a player at the absolute top of the world and before the summer it was revealed how much John Daly chewed during the opening round of the British Open last spring. The golf journalist, Will Brinson, said that the American stuffed himself with twelve cans of soda, six bags of sweets and smoked 21 cigarettes.

His good appetite for the major became a huge talking point in the sports world, and now John Daly, as outspoken as ever, tells us that he was snubbed a place on the criticized LIV tour.

– I asked Greg Norman (who is the face of the LIV tour) to let me participate in LIV, he says according to TT.

That’s why he was snubbed

At the moment, John Daly mainly plays on the senior PGA Champions Tour, but there he is not satisfied with the compensation.

– We must be compensated. The LIV tour gives players that. The guys who play there deserve their money. I think there are a lot of other guys who deserve money too, especially this old man.
