(Finance) – Glass to Poweran Italian company active in the sector of BIPV (Building Integrated PhotoVoltaic) systems and which produces transparent photovoltaic insulating glass, will land on February 16, 2022 on Euronext Access + Paris via direct listing. This procedure requires that a company does not issue new shares, but limits itself to offering investors its private stock, and in fact Glass to Power underlines that “there will be no public offerings or private placements of G2P shares in the listing”. With the listing in Paris, Glass to Power intends increase the visibility of its patented technology and its photovoltaic transparent insulating glass in Europe.
The company will land on the Parisian square with a placement price 48 euros and one capitalization market of € 25,382,976. The sponsor of the listing is Pairstech Capital Management LLP. Glass to Power is an innovative startup born in 2016 as Spin-off of the University of Milano Bicocca and in just a few years has managed to transform a patent into a certified and high-tech product. The company believes that “the innovative and disruptive nature of Glass to Power’s technologies will enable products to outperform low-tech competition in the market, either directly or through product partners” and aims to perform a “production scale-up to cope the demand for products foreseen for the financial years 2023 and 2024 “.
