Girl lions on ice for the World Cup medal games

Finland’s under-18 girls’ ice hockey team played in the medal games at the World Cup tournament in Switzerland.

Finland defeated Slovakia 2-0 in the quarter-final game at the under-18 girls’ world championship in Zug.

Finland’s goals scored Julia Kuusisto and scored his seventh hit of the tournament Emma Ecocreature.

The semifinals will be played in Switzerland the day after tomorrow.

Finland also reached the medal games in last year’s World Cup tournament, but finished fourth.
