In EA FC 24 there is a feint that you can use to get past any goalkeeper if you time it right. Once you have outsmarted the keeper, you can shoot the ball into the empty goal.
What trick is it? We introduce you to the canceled shot, known in the FIFA scene as shot cancel. This trick works similarly to a fake shot, but has a better success rate.

How does shot cancel work? In the video, the FIFA professional first explains to you which key combination you have to press to cancel the shot.
To do the trick, you have to simultaneously press the L2 and R2 buttons on the Playstation or the LT and RT buttons on the Xbox shortly after charging for a shot on goal. Your actual input command will then be interrupted before execution.
As can be seen from the video, the keeper’s AI cannot handle this aborted shot and slips past the ball. The shot cancel has a big advantage over the normal fake shot, which you can execute by pressing the shot and pass buttons at the same time.
The aborted shot allows you to make a quicker change of movement with tight control of the ball. And the best thing about it: Every player can execute this shot cancel to the same extent.
The whole thing may seem violent and unwanted, but it’s not as strong as the OP bug that made you unstoppable. This game bug has been removed from the game along with other bugs as part of the new Title Update 4.

The shot cancel is most effective if you do it directly in front of the goalkeeper. The probability that the goalkeeper will slip past the ball after canceling a shot is then much higher.
You should just make sure that there is no opponent directly behind you, otherwise the risk of him stealing the ball at the last moment increases.
