(Finance) – Garofalo Health Carewith reference to the buy-back program of own ordinary shares authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 April 2021, announced that, from 7 to 11 March 2022, bought 28,300 GHC shares equal to 0.03% of the share capital, at the average price of 4.3482 euros per share, for one countervalue total equal to 123,055.40 euros.
Following the purchases announced above, as of March 14, the company active in the accredited private healthcare sector holds 1,156,505 treasury ordinary shares, equal to 1.28% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, Garofalo Health Care it moves downwards and is positioned at 4.25 euros, with a drop of 0.70%.
