To return to the theater or cinema you need to engaging activities and initiatives the territory directly, who lend a hand to that dormant part of society that instead needs to return to enjoying art. An example in this sense is given to us by Palladium Theater of the University of Roma Tre which this year celebrates twenty years since its birth with a very rich theatrical and musical season, in the name of involvement. One of the flagships of the twentieth anniversary of the Palladium Theater and the Roma Tre Teatro Palladium Foundation is the involvement of young people.

THE young people up to 24 years old they are in fact more likely to participate in forms of entertainment outside the home. According to statistics, in 2022 a strong recovery in all leisure activities. The theatre, which remains at very low levels of participation, is an exception. Young people bring with them that regenerative force that the world of theatre, music and cinema needs.

For this reason the Palladium Theater starts again from them, from Audience Revolution the new “theater-forum” which aims precisely at training young people. Between “Divine” by Danio Manfredini on November 5, “The others” by Nicola Borghesi and Riccardo Tabilio on 11 November e “Being human up close” with Stefano Vercelli and Teri Winkel on November 30th, Audience Revolution, under the artistic direction of Alessandra De Luca, wants revolutionize young people’s relationship with theatre. This is not the only project aimed at rethinking the public’s relationship with theater and art in general at the Palladium Theatre.

“Lives in Music” was born from an idea of Luca Aversano and Enrico Carocci, a series of events to discover music through the telling of great lives dedicated to it, discover great personal stories and great cinema through music. This is an opportunity to talk, share, assist to something by feeling part of it. And this is precisely what art needs to start involving the public again.
