France’s new pension laws are now a reality. The legal package has been published in the government’s Journal Officiel, where all government texts are printed.
The publication came after the government’s unpopular legislative package to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64, among other things. But the dissatisfaction remains and even on Friday, after the Constitutional Council’s announcement, the protests continued in many French cities.
