(Finance) – In July 2022 the French current account balance showed a deficit of 5.3 billion euros, up from the deficit of € 1.5 billion in June (revised figure from -1.6 billion). This was revealed by the Banque de France.
At the same time, the French Customs Office provided the data of the trade balancewhich closes in July with a negative balance of 14.5 billion against the -13.1 billion of the previous month. Analysts’ estimates were for a red of 13.6 billion.
Cala export which stood at 48.7 billion (from 49.9 billion), while the imports they rise to 63.3 billion (from 63 billion).
