Four Ohsweken residents charged with trafficking fentanyl, cocaine

Six Nations Police have arrested four Ohsweken residents as a result of an investigation into the trafficking of fentanyl.

Police executed two search warrants on Thursday, February 15 at a home and mobile trailer on 5th Line Road.

Officers seized fentanyl, cocaine, and currency along with evidence of ongoing drug trafficking.

Two females ages 34 and 58, and two males ages 38 and 35, have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, proceeds of crime under $5,000, and possession of ammunition – careless use .

The 34-year-old female is also charged with failing to comply with a release order – other than to await court, while the 38-year-old male is charged with breach of probation.

Three of the accused were remanded into custody pending formal bail hearings, while the 35-year-old male was released via a Form 10 Undertaking with a future court date.
