Forwarding several emails to the same recipient can very quickly become very tedious. Fortunately, there is a function on Gmail that greatly simplifies the task!

Sometimes you need to forward several messages to the same recipient, but for most messaging, you have to forward the messages one by one. Fortunately, there is a function on Gmail that simplifies this long and tedious maneuver. Now you can forward multiple emails in one operation with two options.

The first function creates an EML-formatted file – an archived email that preserves the original HTML headers and formatting, which opens with Windows Mail or Outlook – for each email you want to forward, then attaches those files to a new single mail. Then just send this message to the recipient, who will therefore receive a copy of all your emails in the form of EML files. The second option allows each email to be forwarded separately. You just need to choose the ones to forward and Gmail will create a new email for each selected email. Be careful, however, these functions only exist for the web version and are not available on the mobile application.

Gmail allows you to forward several emails to a recipient at once by including them as attachments in a message.

► Open your web browser and log in to Gmail.

► In your inbox, find then select the emails you want to forward.

► Right-click on your selection of messages, which are highlighted in blue. In the pop-up menu that appears, click Forward as attachment.

► The window for creating a new message opens. It contains all the selected emails as attachments, in EML format. Enter the recipient’s address in the field Toat the top.

► Then click on the blue button Send. That’s it: all your messages are transferred at once, in a single message!

It is very easy to forward multiple emails into separate messages with Gmail. But the operation is more tedious than with the previous method.

► Open your web browser and log in to Gmail.

► In your inbox, find then select the emails you want to forward. They are then highlighted in blue.
