Forum PA Inps restarts from young people to model a

(Finance) – Investing in the new generations in the PA reorganization process with a view to efficiency and quality, in step with digital evolution. Following this vision, theINPS concluded, at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome, the second meeting at the PA Forum dedicated to the combination of Work&Welfare. During the event – ​​centered on the theme Youth and the future – they exchanged views Joseph Conte, Inps central director Human Resources, Antonio Pone, central director of Inps Revenue, Beatrice Lomagliovice president of the Italian Association of Trainers e Antonio NaddeoPresident Aran.

The common thread was the strategic role of training the new generations and the positive effects in terms of value for the Institute. “From a change management perspective, it is necessary to transfer transversal skills to young people – he declared With you –, so as to develop digital service planning skills oriented towards the efficiency of administrative action. Furthermore, through training, we aim to instill awareness of their role at the service of the community. In the previous two years we financed 500 masters to broaden the knowledge of managers and, at the same time, generate a value capable of satisfying the renewed expectations of users”.

The opportunities that emerge along the new horizons of the PA were highlighted poses. “If, on the one hand, 15 years of blockage in turnover have slowed down generational turnover, on the other, – said the INPS Revenue central director – this could represent a career opportunity for young people, because within a few years spaces hitherto occupied by seniors will be freed up.Another positive aspect is the change of vision that young new hires have of the PA – he commented – a sense of purpose has been created in them, a perception that their work is capable of generate collective well-being”.

He also attended the day Vincenzo Caridi, director general of the Institute, who focused on the so-called e-services. “INPS was among the very first institutions to make its services available directly on the National Digital Data Platform (PDND), contributing to the design and testing of the first prototypes of the new infrastructure – stated Caridi -. At the moment the Institute has published on the PDND 17 ‘eServices’, including the consultation of the ISEE databases”.

Today INPS will conclude its presence in the three days of the Forum by participating in the working table of the CTOs (Chief Technology Officers) for the “Cloud Transformation Construction Site” with the Central Director of the Information Technology and Innovation Directorate Maximilian D’Angelo, and to round table on “Skills, organizational models and technological platforms for the future of work in the PA”, during which the manager of the Agile Enablement & Delivery Area will intervene Emanuele Colini, to discuss the new organizational models and technological platforms that trace the perimeter of the reorganization of the PA.
