Most cavort in World of Warcraft on the Dragon Islands. But Blizzard has a Christmas present for your characters that you shouldn’t miss.
It’s been almost a month since Dragonflight was released and most players still have enough to do to roam the Dragon Islands every day, complete world quests, hunt down rare mobs or cook delicious soup with the Tuskarr . But with all the adventures on the islands, it should not be forgotten that time moves on in Azeroth. Because Christmas is there too, or – as it is called in the Warcraft world – the “Festival of Winter Veil”.
As every year, there are brand new gifts.
Where can you find the gifts? As every year, you can find the presents under your faction’s large Winter Veil tree.
The gifts are all under the tree. You have to accept them in the form of quests in order to then get the gift placed in your inventory.
Two new gifts for Christmas in WoW
What are these gifts? This year there are again two new gifts that interact with each other. It is a kind of “sport” because both toys can be used together:
Until when are the gifts available? Now, if you’re not coming to Orgrimmar or Ironforge over the holidays, don’t worry. You have until January 1st to pick up the gifts under the tree. After that, Greatfather Winter will pack his things and won’t be back until Christmas 2023 – so don’t miss out on the presents.
Incidentally, you can also get the gifts from previous years there, because there are now a lot of gift packages under the Winter Veil tree. So if you want to expand your toy collection, make a short detour to the “old” cities.
