The second day the two networks then split for two parallel conventions. Michele Colio, Head of Distribution, Marketing & Customers of Zurich and Silvio Ruggiu, General Director of Zurich Bank, illustrated the strategic priorities of their respective networks for 2024 and the next steps to further strengthen the collaboration between the two entities.

Inside the Insurance convention focus on life, with the recent arrival of the new CEO Zurich Investments Life Renato Antonini, on the growth of non-life and the launch of the new Zurich Salute solution and on the importance of the relationship, even digital, with the customer. Furthermore, an important moment was the signing of the new supplementary agreement for the three-year period 2024/2026 with GAZ, the Zurich Agents Group, in which Enrico Ulivieri, President of GAZ, also took part. The agreement confirms the will of Zurich to continue investing in Agents, using all available levers.

The session dedicated to Zurich Bank, opened by greetings from President Alessandro Castellano, offered financial advisors a view of the current macroeconomic scenario and the investment policy of the Zurich Group. Following the interventions of the front lines of Zurich Bank who explored the investment strategies, the consultancy model illustrated by Federico Gerardini, Commercial Director of Zurich Bank, the Bank’s business model and the specific innovations for the Private and Wealth Management segment .
