(Finance) – The Competition and Market Guarantor Authority (AGCM) resolved not to start the preliminary investigation into the voluntary takeover bid (OPA) which will be launched by Credem Private Equity SGR on the shares of Finlogic, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Information Technology sector. Consequently, the condition for the promotion of the takeover bid in the field of Antitrust must be understood as fulfilled.
The promotion of the takeover bid however, it remains subject to the occurrencewithin the 90th calendar day following the date of December 6, 2022, of the additional conditions for the promotion, including the condition of obtaining all the necessary authorizations and/or approvals pursuant to the law in golden power matter.
