Ferrari buyback for over 175 million euros

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Ferrari reported that he has purchased on Euronext Milan (EXM) and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), from 3 to 6 July 2023, a total of 59,672 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 293.3515 euros, for one counter value equal to 17,504,868.42 euros.

These purchases took place as part of the treasury share buyback program of 200 million euro announced on 27 June 2023, as the third tranche of the multi-year treasury share buyback program of approximately 2 billion euro to be completed by 2026.

From the start of this Third Tranche until 6 July 2023, the total invested consideration was:

• 11,033,044.70 euros for no. 37,384 ordinary shares purchased on the EXM
• 7,048,360.28 USD for no. 22,288 shares of common stock purchased on the NYSE

As at 6 July 2023 Ferrari held 12,664,907 ordinary treasury shares equal to 4.93% of the share capital.

From July 1, 2022 to July 6, 2023, the Company repurchased a total of 1,691,320 treasury shares on the EXM and NYSE, including the Sell to Cover transactions, for a consideration of €376,678,606.83.
