(Finance) – The board of directors of Falck Renewablesa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production of energy from renewable sources, has examined and approved the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2021. I adjusted revenues were 568.4 million euros, compared to 384.4 million euros in 2020 (+ 47.9%). L’Adjusted EBITDA was 207.6 million euros, compared to 195.8 million euros in 2020, while the adjusted net profit attributable to the group of 22.2 million euros, compared to 36.6 million euros in 2020.

L’adjusted net financial debt, including the fair value of derivatives, which also includes the fair value of hedges, settled at € 1,013.6 million compared to € 728.7 million at 31 December 2020, up mainly due to the effect of fair value of hedging derivatives on energy price risk. The investments amounted to 204.8 million euros compared to 188.0 million euros in 2020. Approximately 12.5 GW of pipeline (+ 350% compared to December 2020). Installed capacity grew by 14.5% year on year (+174.7 MW compared to 31 December 2020). 1,370 MW of installed capacity reached.
