(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Fabrick and its subsidiaries (Axerve, dpixel, Codd&Date), which are involved in community management of the Fintech District, closed 2022 with total net revenues of 50 million euros, up 14% over the previous year. The number of customers is also on the rise: there were over 400 connected counterparties at the end of 2022 and they generated a significant increase in API calls on the platform up to 330 million per month.
Fabrick, controlled by the Sella group, is the open financial ecosystem born to promote Open Finance through the development of innovative digital services, based on the logic of Open Banking.
Axerve, the company specialized in accepting payments on all physical and digital channels with over 100,000 active customers nationally and internationally, recorded a turnover of 31.2 million euros in 2022 (+26.6%) and net revenues of 24.8 million euros (+20%). The growth of POS and e-commerce transactions was also important, for a value of 21.2 billion euros (+30.7%).
L’entire Sella group closed 2022 with a consolidated net profit of 91.9 million euros, up on the 56 million euros of the same period of the previous year without considering non-recurring items.
