The dentist exposed his patients to serious risks on all 20 occasions that Ivo has reviewed.
Among other things, he has mixed up his teeth and pulled out a permanent tooth instead of a milk tooth. “A serious lack of knowledge,” writes Ivo, according to SMP.
The dentist has also performed incorrect root canal fillings and consistently committed serious errors. If Ivo does not get the Health and Medical Board to revoke his license, they want him to be forced to undergo a three-year probationary period.
