According to a press photographer on site, the explosion was inside and part of the facade is heavily damaged. Emergency services and bystanders, mainly residents, are very shocked by the sudden bang. The fire brigade reports that the homes above the leakage have already been evacuated and there were no injuries among the emergency personnel present.
