A broker is suspected of having bought sex in the apartment he was going to sell.

Now he has been charged.

– It’s as sick as it can get, says the buyer of the apartment to Aftonbladet.

When the man moved into his newly bought apartment in the Stockholm area, he reacted that it was not properly cleaned.

Among other things, a shirt, a toothbrush, combs and two unopened condom packages were found.

In questioning, the seller tells that it is not his stuff. Instead, police detectives have suspected that the broker used the home to buy sex, something that Aftonbladet’s 200 seconds previously revealed.

In a seized mobile phone, the police have found text messages in which the suspect man and a woman agree on a sum of SEK 2,500. Then she gets the address of the apartment.

The buyer was then informed about the suspected sex purchase in the apartment.

– It’s fucked up. It’s as sick as it can get, the kind you read about in the newspaper, he tells Aftonbladet and continues:

– If I sell an apartment, I would never use that brokerage firm again.

“Feels very dirty”

In questioning with the police, the man told about the feeling that the broker used his residence for private purposes.

– Regardless of who is affected, it feels very dirty. It doesn’t make matters any easier that it was my apartment. One wonders if he used my home as a brothel. You wonder if you should bring a UV lamp here to check that there aren’t a lot of nasty things in the apartment, he says.

The suspected broker denies all allegations.

– No comments, that’s not right. I don’t even know who the woman is, he says in questioning.
