Terrorists attacked a Moscow concert hall last night. 115 people have died in the attack and almost 150 have been wounded. According to the Russian media, three children are among the dead.
Uutisten’s special broadcast followed the development of the situation in Moscow.
In the broadcast, the interview is with the former ambassador of Finland to Russia Hannu Himanen and Tarja Mankkinenwho works as a project manager at the Internal Affairs Department of the EU Commission in the Radicalization and Extremism Prevention Unit.
Hannu Himase remembers previous terrorist attacks in Russia, especially the attack on a theater in Moscow in 2002.
What effects can the attack have on the war in Ukraine?

“The threat of terrorism may rise in Europe”
According to Tarja Mankkinen, Isis K, which has been identified as the perpetrator of the attack, has also been active in Western Europe in recent years.
Isis K has been opposing Putin in its propaganda for years and considers him an enemy.
Isis K is like a subsection of Isis, of which there are several and they have their own agenda, says Tarja Mankkinen.
He estimates that the terrorist attack in Moscow affects the fact that the threat of terrorism increases in Europe.
– Russia can use this as a weapon in its own propaganda against Ukraine, thinks Mankkinen.
