Exhibition: “Amedeo Modigliani, a painter and his dealer” at the Orangerie in Paris

Avignon Festival GROOVE with Bintou Dembele

A legendary artist from bohemian Paris in the 1910s, Amedeo Modigliani hit the headlines with his female nudes. More than a century later, the Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris opens a still little-known chapter of this Jewish painter and sculptor of Italian origin: that of the links between the cursed artist and his dealer, Paul Guillaume who believed in his potential and brings him to the top.

The exhibition "Amedeo Modigliani. A painter and his dealer" can be discovered until January 15, 2024 at the Orangerie de Paris.
