(Finance) – The European Union sold 3.1 million emission quotas (EUA) on the European Energy Exchange (EEX) a 65.26 euros per ton today, according to the report of the same exchange.
L’European Union Allowance (EUA) is the official name of European emissions quotas; each of them allows the owner to emit one ton of CO2 or other equivalent greenhouse gas.
