(Finance) – EssilorLuxottica, GrandVision And Vision Groupone of the main distribution networks for opticians in Italy and a retail player with the VisionOttica brand, have completed the acquisition by Vision Group of the VistaYes chainwhich includes the brand and all 99 stores, and 75 GrandVision stores in Italy.
The sale – explains a note – follows the remedies agreed with the European Commission on 23 March 2021, as part of the acquisition of GrandVision by EssilorLuxottica. EssilorLuxottica, GrandVision and Vision Group confirm that the European Commission has approved the transaction.
