(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Leonardothe Italian defense big, has approved the balance 2023 and the proposed distribution of a dividend equal to 0.28 euros per share, based on the profit for the 2023 financial year, gross of any legal withholdings. This dividend will be paid starting from 26 June 2024, with the ex-dividend date of coupon no. 14 coinciding with June 24, 2024 and record date coinciding with June 25, 2024.
Today’s meeting recorded a consistent participation of the shareholders institutional – largely foreign – present with 55.676% of the share capital represented at the meeting.
