(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 12 to 16 February 2024, overall 66,600 ordinary shares (equal to 0.0443% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 26.1633 euros, for a countervalue Of 1,742,475.78 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of February 12, 3,758,000 ordinary shares had been repurchased since the start of the program, maximum number of shares that can be purchasedat the weighted average price of 26 euros per share. ERG he then announced that he had the share buyback program concluded.
Considering the shares already in portfolio, the company active in the renewable energy sector holds 4,540,080 own shares equal to 3.0203% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, ERG takes a step back compared to the previous closing price, settling at 25.1 euros, with a drop of 1.03%.
