(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of EQUITA Groupan independent investment bank listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has approved the balance of financial year at 31 December 2023 and the distribution of a dividend equal to 0.35 euros per share, to be paid in two tranches, representing a dividend yield of approximately 9%.
Green light also given to the first and second sections of the Report on policy on the subject of remuneration and on the compensation paid in 2023, as well as the authorization for the purchase and disposal of own actions.
The assembly confirmed Matteo Bruno Lunelli Which Independent Director of the Board of Directors. Lunelli had already been appointed by co-optation by the Board of Directors on 13 July 2023, following the resignation of Paolo Colonna, and will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2025.
Finally, the members integrated the composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors with the appointment of Andrea Serra, Standing Auditor, and Sabrina Galmarini, Alternate Auditor.
