Eprcommunication failure to renew the contract by the main customer

(Finance) – Eprcommunicationa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in communication and public relations, announced that it has received, from its first customerthe communication of failure to renew the contractwhich had a renewable annual deadline and will therefore cease to be effective from 1 January 2024.

The contract provides for a turnover which accounts for 24.27% of total revenues of the group as of 30 June 2023, we read in a note, which however indicates that 9.29% of these consists of turnover for fees, while the remainder is represented by invoicing for purchases of goods and services on behalf of the customer (and consequently the group’s costs also fell on a half-yearly basis by 15.06%).

The relationship with the customer continues howeveras the subsidiary company Justbit has obtained a contract for the digitalisation of some internal functions of the client for 119,000 euros valid for the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024. Added to these are 33,000 per year from 1 April 2024 for management and other possible commitments for implementation of the platform.

Eprcomunicazione, in response to this communication, has implemented a labor cost reduction plan equal to 430,000 on an annual basis, starting from 2024.
