The Vaasa club has chosen Risto Dufva’s successor.
According to Urheilu’s sources Juuso Hahl is Vaasan Sport’s next head coach.
Sports director of Sport Herkko Koski does not confirm Hahl’s appointment to Urheilu, but admits that the recruitment of the new head coach has ended.
– The choice has been made. The name of the new head coach will be revealed in the near future, Koski says and says that there were three candidates towards the end of the selection process.
However, you don’t deny that Hahl would be the new head coach?

Hahl, 41, will start in pesti after the end of the season, when Risto Dufva end his coaching career. Dufva, 60, spoke about his decision to quit For MTV Urheilu earlier this week.
Hahl has worked in Sport as Dufva’s assistant coach from the 2021–2022 season. Before this, he worked as an assistant coach in Mikkelin Jukurei for the seasons 2016–2020.
In between the league games, Hahl was the head coach of Mestis club Koovee for one season. The head coaching job is therefore Hahl’s first in the SM league.
