(Finance) – The board of directors of ENAV, appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held today, which met for the first time under the chairmanship of avv. Alessandra Bruni, has nominated Pasqualino Monti managing director.
The Board – reads a company note – also proceeded to appoint the members of the Board Committees.
Remuneration and Appointments Committee: made up of Giorgio Toschi as President, Stefano Arcifa and Rozemaria Bala as members.
Control and Risks and Related Parties Committee: made up of Antonio Santi as President, Stefano Arcifa and Franca Brusco as members.
Sustainability Committee: made up of Alessandra Bruni as President, Carla Alessi and Carlo Paris as members.
