■ The truce in Gaza shattered Friday morning 1^er December. In 24 hours, more than 240 Palestinians died and 650 others were injured, according to the Hamas-led government.

■ During the night of December 2-3, the Israeli army said it struck “ more than 400 targets » in the Gaza Strip. The armed wing of Hamas and that of the affiliated Islamic Jihad also announced that they had fired on Saturday “ rocket barrages » targeting several cities in Israel, including Tel Aviv, with the Israeli army reporting “ more than 250 rockets » drawn.

■ The health ministry in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip says the total number of deaths has exceeded 15,200of which 70% women and children. The number of injured is more than 40,000 Palestinians. Since October 7, more than 1 200 Israelis were killed.

■ During the truce, 110 hostages – 86 Israelis and 24 foreigners – were freed by Hamas, according to Israel’s count. For his part, Israel frees 240 Palestinian prisoners; 136 hostages remain held in Gaza, according to the Israeli army.

■ The Palestinian Red Crescent indicated that it “ received aid trucks » Saturday, the first since the end of the truce, via the Egyptian terminal of Rafah, border post with Gaza. Some 100 vehicles entered the enclave, from the same source.
